Agreement Signing of Four New Residential Projects at Jolshiri Abashon

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. has signed four brand-new residential projects at Bangladesh Army’s Jolshiri Abashon in Rupganj. The projects were signed between the Managing Director of Sheltech Group, Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, and respected landowners of the project on August 27, 2024, at the Jolshiri Abashon Project Office in Dhaka Cantonment. Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director (ED), Operations, Mr. Shajahan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., Major General Md. Main Ullah Chowdhury (Retd.), OSP, SUP, awc, psc, Director of Development and Administration of Sheltech Engineering Limited, along with other high-officials from Sheltech and respected landowners of the projects, were present during the agreement signing program.

Sheltech Nirvana and Sheltech Rainfall, two of the newly signed projects, are located at Sector-16, Jolshiri Abashon. On the other hand, Sheltech Alor Bhubon and Sheltech Golf View, the other two newly signed projects, are located at Sector 13 and Sector 17, respectively. All the newly signed projects have land areas of 5 katha each. These projects will feature 09-story (G+Mezzanine+8) residential buildings with 08 elegantly designed apartments (approximately 2800 sft.) on each land.

All these new projects are located in one of the most premium and sophisticated to be areas of Dhaka, Jolshiri Abashon, offering a serene living environment.
