Project Handover of Sheltech Enclave Tower at Malibagh DIT Road

Sheltech successfully handed over its brand-new mixed-use project, Sheltech Enclave Tower (the 164th project of Sheltech), located on DIT Road, Malibagh, Dhaka. The project handover ceremony was held at Officers' Club, Baily Road, Dhaka, on August 24, 2024, where Md. Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director (ED), Operations, and Mr. Shajahan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., along with engineers, architects, and other professionals of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd., as well as the apartment owners of the project, were present.

Sheltech Enclave Tower is one of Sheltech’s remarkable projects, spanning a land area of 31.61 katha and featuring a 20-story (B+G+19) mixed-use building. It includes 131 residential units (ranging from 971 to 1338 sft.) and 24 commercial units (ranging from 2839 to 3783 sft.), including food courts (ranging from 175 to 829 sft.), making Sheltech Enclave Tower a magnificent development.
